Awesome pumps after taking this product. My size, as well as reps & sets performed, increased dramatically. I’d highly recommend SizeOn for anyone looking for a little more advanced version of just taking plain-jane Creatine Monohydrate. Another supplement to also look at by Gaspari Nutrition is Superpump 250, which is a Nitric Oxide pre-workout supplement with a little more kick in terms of mental focus and excitement.

Intake should be 5gms every day. Work out regularly and drink around a galon of water. Creatine is safer and has less side effects.

You remind me of the time when creatine first came out and how the ‘enhanced’ versions used to cost more. Always wanted to get those, like Phosppagen XT & Phosphagen HP… but then, when I was short on cash every now & then, I’d fall back to creatine monohydrate… then back to the enhanced version.

Then I cleaned up my diet. I started to eat more veggies, fresh foods, eliminated red meats, had low fat meats, stopped eating white flour products, etc. Now I don’t have any more problems.

The strongest men in the world are actually some pretty big guys with plenty of body fat on them so they’re muscles arent very defined. It all depends on what you want.

I personally prefer at least two days off a week so my muscles have extra time to recover. Now, remember, body builders ardent that strong actually. They want to look awesome, so they eat HORRIBLY to have like 3% body fat and make their veins pop out for competitions.
